How Often Should I Use Them?

Use at the last step of your night car routine for overnight use or before your moisturiser for regular use.

It can be used daily without skin irritation as it only contains safe ingredients. Generally, we recommend using it at least once a week.

I usually have my mask for 15 - 20 minutes. But, Glow says we can have it on overnight. Is this safe?

Sheet masks dry and draw moisture away, while hydrogel masks moulded with essence provides hydration. Longer use enhances absorption of safe ingredients and the excellent adhesion overtime makes them suitable for overnight or 3-4 hours during the day.
