Shipping

Glow Skincare provides fast and reliable shipping.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–8 business days
  • Express Delivery: 1–3 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, peak periods, or public holidays.

Returns Policy

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on any skincare products.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days at support@glowskincare.com.au with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue, packaging, and shipping label

A suitable remedy may be provided, such as a repair, replacement, or store credit.

Gift-with-purchase items must also be returned if the main item is refunded.

Return Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was sent in error or arrived damaged.

Subscription Orders

Subscription items cannot be cancelled once the order has been created.

Subscription orders do not qualify for our 30-Day Results Promise, as the offer applies only to first-time mask customers.

We encourage customers to manage or pause their subscription before the next order is processed.

1. Required Photos

Day 1

  • Before first use (timestamp visible)
  • Mask ON at bedtime (timestamp visible)
  • Mask ON (dry on the skin) the following day — timestamp visible
  • Mask OFF after removal

Day 7

  • Mask ON at bedtime (timestamp visible)
  • Mask ON (dry on the skin) the following day — timestamp visible)
  • Mask OFF after removal

Day 14

  • Mask ON at bedtime (timestamp visible)
  • Mask ON (dry on the skin) the following day — timestamp visible)
  • Mask OFF after removal

2. Usage Requirements

  • Use the mask once per week
  • Leave on for 8 hours
  • Rinse thoroughly in the morning
  • Use moisturiser + SPF during the day
  • Leftover unused masks must be present to qualify

3. Before Starting

  • Patch test using the serum inside the pouch
